Impressive and absolutely perfect units with amazing view, a nice balcony and fan, and the staff were exceptional. The location was brilliant in a fairly nice area, next to another restaurant around, public buses to Berestagi and the Samosir island👍

Convenient location: the ferry drops you right outside the hotel, with a beautiful view of the lake. Friendly staff: the staff at Romlan are lovely and helpful. - Amazing food at a good price: the restaurant at the hotel offers delicious meals at reasonable prices. - Clean shared bathrooms: the shared bathrooms are well-maintained and clean. - Comfortable beds with duvets: the beds in the rooms are comfy and come with cozy duvets. - Free kayaks: Romlan provides free kayaks for guests to use. - Easy motorbike rental: the hotel can arrange motorbike rentals for guests. - Extended stay possible: We loved Romlan so much that we decided to extend our stay by 2 days.

The hotel had amazing views, right at the lakeside, with sun loungers and kayaks available for us to use. The staff was very helpful and the restaurant offered delicious, vegetarian options. We could easily walk to nearby shops and the ferry dropped us directly at the hotel.
